States Tennis Organization. Consisting of Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo,
Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties, the SCTA is just one of the tiniest in
area of the USTA’s 17 sections.
