Southern California Area, which was established in 1887, is just one of the 17 sections of the USA Tennis Association.
The USTA is a not-for-profit
organization dedicated to
promoting the video game of tennis by
providing high quality
entertainment and
competitive programs for individuals of all
ages and
capabilities. Comprising Imperial, Kern, L.a, Orange, Waterfront,
San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties, the SCTA is among the smallest in area of the USTA’s 17
areas. Nonetheless, the Southern
California section is just
one of the largest factors of tennis
skill as well as
ingenious programming.
